About Sanctum

Sanctum was born from a simple need: a calm, intentional space that actually feels like home. I started this company because I was tired of chasing overpriced furniture that looked good online but never felt right in real life. I wanted better—something that wasn’t trying too hard, something that felt grounded.
Sanctum is for people like you, who care about what your space says without needing to say anything. Every piece we offer is chosen to add warmth without clutter, comfort without compromise, and style that doesn’t scream at you. We focus on timeless design, quality materials, and a slow-living aesthetic that lets your space breathe.

  • Are your products sustainable or eco-friendly?
    We’re actively working with partners who share our values in sustainability, low-waste packaging, and ethical sourcing. As we grow, we’ll be rolling out more eco-conscious product lines and shipping options.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Shipping times vary based on your location: U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days International Orders: 10–15 business days Some products may arrive in separate packages depending on your order. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
  • Who can I contact for support?

  • Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
    We issue refunds on a case-by-case basis if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead. We don’t offer refunds for: Buyer’s remorse Shipping delays outside our control Wrong size ordered (if size chart was provided)
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    We try to process orders fast. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Email us at support@sanctumbyvoyage.com ASAP with your order number and request. Once shipped, we can’t cancel the order.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We partner with multiple global suppliers, so orders may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on product availability. Most items ship from the U.S., Europe, or Asia, china
  • My order says “Delivered,” but I didn’t get it. What do I do?
    Double check with your household, neighbors, or front desk first. Still missing? Contact us at support@sanctumbyvoyage.com within 7 days of the delivery update and we’ll help you file a claim or get a replacement.
  • Why did I only receive part of my order?
    Some items are shipped from different suppliers and may arrive separately. If you received one item but not the others, rest assured—they’re still on the way.
  • Do you offer tracking numbers?
    Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email as soon as your order ships. If it’s been 5+ days and you haven’t received tracking info, contact us at support@sanctumbyvoyage.com.
